Agency Order History

The Agency Order History page is where all of your agency's orders, across all clients and all users, are available for download.

Navigate the Agency Order History page

1. Name of Agency
2. Username of User
3. Filter Orders
4. Search Orders

Clone Order

 To clone an order, click the Clone button

Download Order Report

To download a PDF of the order details, click on the PDF button. This will show the criteria used, quantity delivered, and mail file layout for that order.

Download Order

Orders can be downloaded from the Agency Order History page up to 30 days after an order is placed. A file can be downloaded up to 3 times in total. In order to download, a user must have the ordering capability turned on.

Search Orders

Set filters to narrow down the orders that display. The default is past 30 days. Expand Sorting/Filter to revise the results displayed.  

Searching and sorting headers only works for the page you are on. If you have more records than will display on a page scroll down to the page numbers and select the next page.

An order can be downloaded up to 3 time and is available for download for up to 30 days.
