Confirm Number of Records
Ensure the number of records is as intended
Select Mail File Output Attributes
Choose Layout
- Click the drop-down to select the mail file layout for this order
- The list of visible layouts is those been have previously created for your agency and any created for a specific client
- To review the layout chosen, click "Export Layout CSV"
- To revise the layout, click "Edit" *Note, this will change the layout moving forward. We recommend navigating to the Agency Admin tab and creating a new mail file layout if an adjustment is needed. Refer to the article "Agency Admin" for guidance on creating mail file layouts.
- If the mail file layout contains an attribute, but that attribute was not included in the selection criteria, the final order file will contain that attribute. Ensure the fields on the mail file layout are the ones desired on the final order file.
"Output All Attributes Used in Selection Criteria?"
- Only attributes that are in the mail file layout will be on the final order file, even if additional fields were used in the selection criteria
- To add attributes that were used in the selection criteria to the end of the columns in the chosen mail file layout for the final order file, select "Yes" from the drop-down
Emails
- If you selected "Email Address Available" in your criteria but your mail file layout does not contain the email field, a message will pop up alerting "Note: Email* was not selected for output on layout". Change your layout to one which contains the email field.

Phone Numbers
- If you selected "Phone Number Available" in your criteria but your mail file layout does not contain the phone field, a message will pop up alerting "Note: Phone* was not selected for output on layout". Change your layout to one which contains the phone field.

Only attributes used in the mail file layout will be on the final order file, even if the attributes were used in selection criteria
Confirm Suppression Files
Select "Click here to view the full list of suppressions applied" and ensure all suppressions are listed as expected
If any suppressions are missing, edit the count to include additional files. Refer to the article on "Applying Suppressions" for guidance.
Enter PO Number
Enter the desired PO Number for your records. This will be reflected on your invoice and is for your records only
Email Notifications
- To send notifications for this order, click "Email Notifications"
- Click the check box for Order Submitted" or "Order Complete" to send these emails to the email address listed
- Click "Add New Email" to enter a new email address to receive notifications for this order
- *Note, the setting changed here will only apply to this order. To adjust notification settings for all orders, refer to the Agency Notification section in the "Agency Admin" article for guidance.
Submit Order
- Review all settings on the "Confirm Order" page and click "SUBMIT ORDER"
- Click the Required Check boxes for the number of records, FCRA Acknowledgement, and Vendor/Third Party Acknowledgement
- Click "Submit"
- If you are set up to receive a notification upon order completion, you will receive an email once the order is ready to download
Download Order
You will be taken back to the client's dashboard. To download your order, navigate to the Agency Order History page by selecting your Agency Name from the crumb trail along the top of the page.
