Each IP address that accesses the ordering platform must be whitelisted. This means adding your unique IP address to a list of those that are allowed to view https://www.DPDaccess.com. Follow to steps below to find and submit your IP address.
Blocked IP Address
- When trying to log in to DPD Access, if you see the below screen that means you are blocked and need to "request permission" with the IP address of the devices you use.
- To find out your IP address:
- Search “What is my IP address?” from any search engine or,
- View your IP address listed at the bottom of the "Permission Required to Enter Website" page
- Send your IP address to clientservices@dpddata.com
- Client Services will alert you via email once you have been whitelisted. Whitelisting can take up to 2 business hours.
